Based on Papervision3D and RSS feeds, this screensaver designed for TM Software informs travellers at Keflavík international airport of weather conditions, exchange rates and many other informations through integrated widgets updated in real time.
    tmsoftware_img_001b.png
This is an example of how the screensaver works, with corporate information in the main part of the screen and one of the widgets on the bottom. Original weather icons have been designed to suit the global look and feel.
    tmsoftware_img_001c.png
Here are a few of the widgets based on RSS feeds and constantly updated : weather forecasts for 5 randomly chosen cities in the world, Keflavík airport departure and arrival information, currency trades, etc.
    tmsoftware_img_001d.png
Based on the original TM Software logo, I designed an icon set for every single widget : weather, word clocks, news, menus, events, payment system, memos, calendar, etc.

  • Disneyland Paris - Tower of Terror

Winning pitch for the website of the new attraction in Disneyland Paris, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror.

    disney_tot_img_001a.jpg
The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, more commonly known as Tower of Terror, is a drop tower thrill ride at Disneyland Paris. When the website was designed, the attraction itself wasn't finished so we had to imagine the website from scratch. These drafts defined the concept and look & feel of the actual website.
    disney_tot_img_001b.jpg
The concept was to stick to the story of the hotel, adapted from elements of the television series "The Twilight Zone", when in 1939 an elevator cart full of passengers disappeared to the Twilight Zone.
    disney_tot_img_001c.jpg
The idea was to recreate the hotel online as if it actually reopened. The bellhop is the central character of the attraction so it was logical that he became the key figure of the website.
    disney_tot_img_001d.jpg
The terror photo booth was one of the numerous elements of this experiental website. People could take a picture of themselves or upload a picture and have it deformed as if they had been passengers of the doomed elevator.
    disney_tot_img_001e.jpg
Then their picture could be part of the Terror gallery, one of many rooms of the virtual Hollywood Terror Hotel.
